1. Product Information

• All jewellery pieces are handcrafted or curated with attention to detail. Variations in colour, texture, and finish are natural and not considered defects.

• Product descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change without prior notice.

2. Orders & Payment

• Full payment must be made at the time of purchase.
• We accept payments via cash, UPI, debit/credit cards, and select digital wallets.
• Online orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and order volume. Typically, dispatch occurs within 2–5 business days.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or natural circumstances.

4. Returns & Exchanges

• Jewellery once sold is not refundable.
• Exchange is allowed within 2 days of purchase only for manufacturing defects, subject to inspection.
• To be eligible for an exchange:
o The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
o Original invoice/bill must be presented.

5. Custom Orders

• Advance payment is required for customized jewellery.
• Custom-made pieces are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
• Minor changes to custom designs may not be possible once production has begun.

6.Warranty

• We do not offer a standard warranty, but we may assist with basic repairs within 7 days of purchase for genuine cases.
• No guarantee is provided on polish, plating, or stones unless explicitly mentioned.=

7. Care Instructions

• Avoid direct contact with water, perfumes, and chemicals.
• Store in a dry, air-tight box to maintain shine and durability.
• Handle delicate pieces with care to prevent breakage.

8. Privacy

• Customer information is kept confidential and used only for billing, delivery, or promotional communication (if opted in).
• We do not share customer data with third parties.

9. Intellectual Property

• All designs, photos, and brand content are the property of Khoyai Boutique and cannot be reproduced or used without permission.

10. Disputes & Legal=

• We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders under unforeseen circumstances.
